How do you know your testosterone is low? You may if you have these symptoms below:

Do you have a decrease in sex drive? Testosterone can be responsible for your libido. If you have a sudden or gradual decrease in libido, it could be a sign of low testosterone levels.
Are you having difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection? Testosterone helps with erectile function, so if you're having trouble achieving or maintaining an erection, or having difficulty with ejaculation, it could be a sign your testosterone is not optimal.
Do you have less energy than usual? Testosterone helps energy levels, mental focus and drive. So, if you're feeling fatigued, low in energy or mental fog it may be time to check testosterone levels.
Do you have loss of muscle mass or are you seeing less gains at the gym? Testosterone helps with muscle mass and fat reduction, so if you're noticing a decrease in muscle mass or strength or an increase in inches around the waist, it could be a sign of low testosterone.

Testosterone levels are important for red blood cell health, so if you're feeling tired or weak, it could be a sign of low testosterone levels and unhealthy red blood cells.
Do you have bone loss? Testosterone helps with bone health. Prolonged low testosterone levels can lead to early osteoporosis. If you're noticing a decrease in bone density or an increase in fractures, it could be a sign of low testosterone.
