Initial consultations are $250 which include blood work and a visit with Dr. Misra in person. If you are eligible for the membership, subsequent membership enrollment is $150/month. Please see memberships services page for additional details on what membership includes and additional benefits that are included with the membership.
Yes, we will limit the membership to about 300 patients so that we are able to provide a comprehensive personalized patient experience. If demand increases, we will start a waiting list and as openings become available we will contact you regarding membership. If demand is high enough we may make plans to add another physician and expand the practice.
No, we do not take any insurance and will not directly bill any insurance company. Unfortunately as this is a niche treatment, generally men’s health treatments are not covered by insurance regardless. This is what allows us the freedom to be unique and personalize your experience. Additionally, for FSA/HAS, you must check with your tax expert or human resources department regarding the use of health savings accounts or flexible spending accounts.
No, Medicare patients will have to sign a waiver every 2 years declaring that neither you nor your doctor will directly bill Medicare for our services. Although we do not bill Medicare you are still able to utilize your Medicare/Medicaid coverage for all other medical care received outside our practice as well as tests, labs and medications ordered by the office.
