Our $129.00 a Month Membership Includes:

Registration is $250.00 and includes blood work, physical exam, consultation and possible treatment options

Membership is $129.00 a month every month after.

Annual Health Review-In person Prior to initiating therapy

Blood work included with your plan to optimize followup and treatment as needed (every 3 months)

Direct access to physician during business hours via phone, text, email, or video visit.

Standard term commitments are for 1 year, but should you choose to opt out of the membership, Misra Wellness simply requires 30 days notice in writing prior to the 1st of the next month.
If you choose to return, you pay a reinstatement fee (double the initial visit) and then can continue on with the plan
For those who feel committing now is not right for them, we do have standard visits. One visit with the doctor costs $299.

The Membership Process
Register
Registration is $250 and includes physical exam, blood work, men's health consultation, education and possible treatment plan.
Examination
We conduct a thorough "men's health" physical exam and discuss your medical history and goals.
Consultation
We discuss the results of any testing and provide the options to pursue any available medical treatment.
Treatment Plan
Some treatment options may be hormone replacement therapy/testosterone (if medically warranted), other medication, supplements and/or additional medical guidance.
