Easy Registration

Registration for a limited time only is $250 and includes physical exam, men's health consultation, education and possible treatment plan.

Lab work is $125 or covered by insurance

Examination & Bloodwork

We conduct a thorough "men's health" physical exam and discuss your medical history and wellness goals. We also test you for various panels including testosterone and estrogen levels.

Doctor Consultation

Discuss your examination and test results with Doctor Misra to provide you with options to utilize any available medical treatment to optimize your health and vitality.

Treatment Plan

Some treatment options may include hormone replacement therapy/testosterone (if medically warranted), other medication, supplements and/or additional medical guidance.

Our $129.00 a Month Membership Includes:

Registration and initial medical Consultation $250 and includes physical exam, consultation and possible treatment options.
Blood Work out of pocket (no insurance) for a Comprehensive Initial Men's Health Panel is $125 or covered by your insurance.
Membership is $129.00 a month
Membership space is limited.
Annual Health Review-In person prior to initiating therapy
Blood-work is done every 3 months to ensure optimal hormonal balance and usually is covered by your insurance (Out of Pocket Cost $75 every 3 months)
Direct access to Dr. Misra during business hours via phone, text, email, or video visit.
Virtual or In Person follow ups every 3 months with Dr. Misra to evaluate your specific needs and how together we can optimize your health
Discounts on Medications (May be more cost effective than with a pharmacy).
Extended time to visit with the doctor.
Priority Same-day/next-day virtual appointments with Dr. Misra.
